Attending the first Presidential debate - an incredible, historical event in its own right - with your dad as one of the candidates, is an amazing experience. I was a bundle of nerves and excitement immediately prior to and during the debate as the world watched on TV. I was so proud of him throughout the entire 90-minute program. The Ole Miss campus in Oxford was a beautiful location and the hosts were very gracious. Below is the first series of pictures from the debate. I'll post the second set tomorrow. From here we go to New York and then to California where I'll campaign for my dad - without my parents!
